All of my corporate life was spent in the air transport industry, a world dedicated to moving people safely and purposefully from one point to another. Whether in operations, commercial leadership, or regional management, my work was always about navigating complexity, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring that every journey had a clear destination.
That lens continues to shape how I see life: as a continuous, evolving journey with moments of clarity, turbulence, choice, and growth.
I am an ICF‑accredited professional coach, and the essence of my work mirrors what I learned in aviation. I partner with individuals and organisations during a meaningful stretch of their own journey—helping them orient themselves, define their intended destination, and understand the values and strengths that guide them. Together, we identify the roadblocks, explore the patterns that hold them back, and build the capacity to make conscious, aligned choices.
My coaching is grounded in the same principles that defined my corporate career: clarity of direction, awareness of the wider system, and the belief that every journey is shaped by both internal and external conditions.
And, of course, my own journey continues—always unfolding, always teaching, always moving forward.
